Cadence Solutions is a private Systems Integrator with years of experience specializing in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) in partnership with Microsoft and OpenText. We provide our clients access to a broad range of technical services, superior implementation methodologies, and managed services.
What made you choose Sock Rocket?
We had a disconnect between our previous vendor on design. They kept providing design options that were not meeting the vision at all. When I reached out to sock rocket, they helped me right away and hit the mark instantly with the vision on what we were wanting. Also, the value. Other options charge you extra for the tag, charge different rates for each different type of sock. Sock Rocket gave us the best price, the tag is awesome and we knew exactly what were getting when you quoted us. With the other vendor, we have had to order without the tag (due to the pricing of it) and sit and tag socks ourselves.
How was the product quality and customer service?
Sock Rocket’s customer service was fantastic. Your design team responded quickly with updates when we asked for them, your owner reached out personally. We never felt forgotten and that Sock Rocket had our best interests in mind. They were mindful of when we needed the order delivered by and ensured we were taken care of. The quality of the socks is amazing. They are soft and comfortable. We went with both the ankle and full length socks. They are so fun and we can tailor who we socks to – based on preference.

What did you use the socks for? Did people enjoy receiving them?
We use the socks as giveaways at conferences and for people attending our training. Everyone is always excited to receive them and wear them all of the time. There is a running theme with our socks now and people collecting Cadence socks. Each of our staff members also has a pair, and they are always a hit.
What was your favorite thing about the whole experience?
How they look. I was so excited to open the box and get the first look at our new socks. They exceeded my expectations. It was like Christmas morning when that box came.
Do you have anything else to share?
Sock Rocket did amazing work for us. They understand the vision and took the time to learn about our company a little bit and came up with a design that was Cadence. The attention to detail was impeccable. We will definitely use Sock Rocket in the future! We are a small business in Edmonton, and while they aren’t local to Edmonton, we love supporting small businesses in Alberta. Lead time varies based on the quantity of your order, but 6 weeks is pretty standard.
We take care of everything from design to delivery. All you need to do is provide your ideas, vision, and any logo/graphic files you'd like included. We'll provide mockups for you to review and ulimited revisions, all free of charge!
We have sliding scale pricing based on the quantity of your order, but generally you can expect to pay between $9 and $13 per pair (CAD). Fill out the form to get in touch and we'll respond with our custom sock info pack, which has all the pricing details.
You can and you will! Your custom designed labels are free with whatever quantity of socks you purchase. We'll work with you to make sure your messaging, branding, and contact info are on point.
It's free!! The socks are the only thing you pay for - your designs, revisions, labels, samples, and shipping are all on us!
You betcha!! For every pair of socks you order, we'll donate three warm pairs to agencies and initiatives providing clothing to those in need. This is a cost that we carry, but it's something you get to promote to your audience alongside the stardard awesomeness of your new custom socks!
