What made you choose Sock Rocket?
After a lot of research and back and fourth with other companies, we chose to go with Sock Rocket due to the excellent customer service/sales representative that had a quick response time, a lot of insight into what we were looking for and the right price. A bonus was the sock donation with every purchase!
How was the product quality and customer service?
The product quality was above and beyond! When we compared our new socks to our old ones, the quality in detail and colour was above and beyond what we expected. The customer service team was always quick to reply to any email and to respond to any concerns about supplying the socks within a tight timeframe.

What did you use the socks for? Did people enjoy receiving them?
The socks were purchased to use as swag for conferences and events. Anyone who interacted with us at our booth etc would get a pair. They have been a HUGE hit, even for staff. Everyone loves them!
What was your favorite thing about the whole experience?
I had a great experience from the moment I reached out to Sock Rocket. Someone contacted me by phone right away to discuss what exactly we we're looking for, what our timeline was etc. It was very nice to be able to speak to someone on the phone instead of the back and fourth of emails.
Do you have anything else to share?
Once our design was created (by someone on our team), Sock Rocket quickly started the process for production which was amazing since we had a bit of a tight timeline. Everything was so smooth from the planning, to production, to completion and shipping. We really couldn't have asked for a better experience. The product arrived & everything was so well done, the packaging, branding, quality of the socks, 5 stars across the board!

Common Questions
Lead time varies based on the quantity of your order, but 6 weeks is pretty standard.
We take care of everything from design to delivery. All you need to do is provide your ideas, vision, and any logo/graphic files you'd like included. We'll provide mockups for you to review and ulimited revisions, all free of charge!
We have sliding scale pricing based on the quantity of your order, but generally you can expect to pay between $9 and $13 per pair (CAD). Fill out the form to get in touch and we'll respond with our custom sock info pack, which has all the pricing details.
You can and you will! Your custom designed labels are free with whatever quantity of socks you purchase. We'll work with you to make sure your messaging, branding, and contact info are on point.
It's free!! The socks are the only thing you pay for - your designs, revisions, labels, samples, and shipping are all on us!
You betcha!! For every pair of socks you order, we'll donate three warm pairs to agencies and initiatives providing clothing to those in need. This is a cost that we carry, but it's something you get to promote to your audience alongside the stardard awesomeness of your new custom socks!
