The Parent’s Organization’s Arts Booster Club (ABC) at Upper Canada College — The ABC promotes school spirit through the arts at UCC. Parent representatives are the foundation of the ABC and play a key role in raising awareness about arts events and accomplishments. Upper Canada College was founded in 1829 and is an IB Continuum World School, enrolling 1,200 students in Senior Kindergarten through Year 12, including 88 boarders from around the world. Located in central Toronto on 35 acres of green space, UCC's mission to deliver transformational learning experiences is supported by expert faculty, cutting-edge facilities and wide-ranging co-curricular offerings. Approximately 20 per cent of students receive financial assistance from the school's sector-leading program, with $5 million available annually to Canadian students. An alumni community of more than 12,500 in 80+ countries includes leaders and innovators in politics, finance, arts, athletics, media and beyond.
What made you choose Sock Rocket?
My family has enjoyed a Sock Rocket monthly subscription for a number of years and we know the quality that Sock Rocket provides. When it came time to make a decision on a new sock provider the price points and delivery times lined up with other providers but the quality could not be beat! In addition, we loved the idea of donating 3 pairs of socks for every pair we ordered. As a result, we were able to supply 750 pairs of warm, dry socks to underprivileged children and their families over the holidays.

Providing detailed information on the process and timelines and sharing a number of design concepts with us based on just a few comments from our end, the team rocked the process and made the whole experience easy and fun!

How we delivered:
What did you use the socks for? Did people enjoy receiving them?
We are using the socks as fundraising initiatives for the ABC. The funds raised from the sale of the socks will go towards promoting and supporting the Arts at UCC as well as providing some funding towards upgrades and updates within the variety of Arts offered at the school - drama, music, visual arts, digital media and language & literature to name just a few. The socks were a huge success at our annual Festive Marketplace and many people have told us that they loved the new designs as well as the quality of the socks.
What was your favorite thing about the whole experience?
It was hard to narrow down our favourite thing about the whole experience but if we had to pick just one we would say it was working with Tommy and the design team to bring our visions to life in the two final designs that we selected.

Lead time varies based on the quantity of your order, but 6 weeks is pretty standard.
We take care of everything from design to delivery. All you need to do is provide your ideas, vision, and any logo/graphic files you'd like included. We'll provide mockups for you to review and ulimited revisions, all free of charge!
We have sliding scale pricing based on the quantity of your order, but generally you can expect to pay between $9 and $13 per pair (CAD). Fill out the form to get in touch and we'll respond with our custom sock info pack, which has all the pricing details.
You can and you will! Your custom designed labels are free with whatever quantity of socks you purchase. We'll work with you to make sure your messaging, branding, and contact info are on point.
It's free!! The socks are the only thing you pay for - your designs, revisions, labels, samples, and shipping are all on us!
You betcha!! For every pair of socks you order, we'll donate three warm pairs to agencies and initiatives providing clothing to those in need. This is a cost that we carry, but it's something you get to promote to your audience alongside the stardard awesomeness of your new custom socks!
